This place was phenomenal! You can subsistiré the burger for either turkey, chicken breast, beyond vegan burger or salmon. My pesto chicken breast was the die for! Very moist and flavorful. The curly fries with their homemade ranch is a must! Soda was free refills which was awesome! Service was good!

Got 2 burgers and single order of fries to go. I had the pub burger which was filling, tasty, and unique. The medium rare patty was just the right amount of tenderness. Chips that came with the burger were good, but nothing to write home about. Fry order was huge for a "single". Def enough for two. Would for sure come back and try indoors. Food was served and ready to go upon arrival. Not too much inside going on although the patio is very nice and shaded.

Big dine in area in residential area. Burgers are excellent as was the chili dog. Great hand spun milkshakes. Try the Turkish Coffee milkshake. Service was great too. Parking was tight. Meters only take 30 minutes at a time so had to reup.

I absolutely love this place, they have my favorite burgers and milkshakes. They give you a lot of food for what you order and the place is so well designed. I would recommend this place to everyone to go to

t was ice and roomy. they had out door and in door seating, we came here around 8 ish for some burgers. we decided to sit in doors since it was cold outside. we ordered the maui burger, medium rare. the bun was so soft and fluffy. the burger patty was juicy and fatty. the pineapple was nice with a slight char to it. the sauce was mehh for me. we also ordered the curly fries and a black cherry shake. the black cherry shake was nice and tart. it also has chunks of cherries. but it eventually for a bit to tart for me. next time i will try the classic chocolate. the curly fries was the best for me. the dipping sauce was a perfect pair. also if you want the classic lettuce, tomato and pickles you have to ask for those toppings its does not come with the burgers any more. the waitresses were really nice and friendly. they come and check on you here and there to see if you need anything. i will definitely come back to try other items on their menu

Back in the days of yore, I was a different kind of Barney's customer, the fat kind that used to order double Alpine burgers with melted Swiss cheese and overflowing mushrooms. Gratefully, I don't eat much like that anymore, but I'm still a sucker for big portions. That's the Barney's value proposition after all. I was taking a stroll on 24th west of Castro and decided to stop for a late lunch. It's a cavernous place, but on this afternoon, completely empty. The staff was starting to eat their lunch, so I kinda felt bad about ordering food but just kinda. I went with the $12.50 Grilled Vegetable Chicken Salad which despite the name, was still covered by charred chicken strips (photo: https://bit.ly/46SlFB3). The bounty of veggies was hidden underneath. Only the romaine and tomato slices made guest appearances. I got the lemon cilantro dressing on the side, which I forgot to put it on the salad. No matter because I weakened and got the $4.50 single order of Skinny Fries (photo: https://bit.ly/3Y3JeCY). I think they were being generous with the amount because that was a ridiculous pile. That didn't stop me from devouring them because I deluded myself into thinking 'Skinny' meant no calories. I can dream, can't I? FOOD - 4 stars...a lotta food even if you go healthy like skinny fries AMBIANCE - 4 stars...pretty spacious in here SERVICE - 3.5 stars...a bit disaffected TOTAL - 4 stars...Barney's for the portions RELATED - Exploring Noe Valley?
